How to Subscribe to a Pro, Growth, or Premier Plan

Overview

A paid Cohart plan (Pro, Growth, or Premier) raises the limits of your artist or gallery account — more artworks in your Inventory, more sales and audience tools, and access to plan-gated features. You subscribe from your Manage Your Plan page, which shows your current plan, saved payment method, usage, and invoices, or directly from the Pricing page’s plan cards. A plan chooser lets you pick Monthly or Yearly billing (yearly billing discounts the annual total) before you confirm on a secure Stripe checkout with your card. Your subscription is reflected in the Subscription Details section after payment, while each payment adds an invoice under Recent Invoices. Closing the checkout or going back changes nothing and charges nothing. By the end of this guide you will be on the paid plan you chose, with its higher limits active on your account.

Before you start

• You need an active artist or gallery account with a saved sign-in method (email and password, or Google or Apple sign-in).
• Compare the plans first: Basic is free for up to 50 artworks, Pro allows up to 200, Growth up to 500, and Premier allows unlimited artworks — monthly and yearly prices are shown in the plan chooser and on the Pricing page.
• Have your card ready: payment runs on a secure Stripe checkout where the email is prefilled, you can switch currency (for example between VND and USD), and you confirm with the Subscribe button.
• Subscribing starts a recurring charge (monthly or yearly, depending on what you pick), so review the plan name, billing period, and amount before confirming; yearly billing lowers the total compared with paying month to month.
• If you close the checkout or go back to Manage Plan, nothing is charged and nothing on your account changes.

Steps

1. Sign in to Cohart

Sign in with your email address and password, or use Google or Apple.

2. Open Manage Plan

In the left sidebar, click Manage Plan.

The sidebar also offers a shortcut: the Upgrade plan button in the sidebar takes you to the same subscription flow.

3. Review your current plan

The Manage Your Plan page shows your current subscription status (“You’re on the Free Plan!” in this example), your saved payment method, add-ons, usage limits, subscription details, and recent invoices.

Click Upgrade to Premier for USD 99/month (the exact button label changes with the displayed price) to open the plan chooser.

4. Choose your plan

In the CHOOSE YOUR PLAN dialog, pick Monthly or Yearly, then click Subscribe now on the card for the plan you want.

Prices shown on the dialog (monthly):

• BASIC — US$0/month, Free Forever, up to 50 artworks
• PRO — US$19/month, billed monthly, up to 200 artworks
• GROWTH — US$49/month, billed monthly, up to 500 artworks
• PREMIER — US$99/month, billed monthly, unlimited artworks

Switching to Yearly shows annual prices with savings: PRO US$180/year (Save 21%), GROWTH US$465/year (Save 21%), PREMIER US$999/year (Save 16%).

[UNVERIFIED — check manually]: the Premier yearly discount label says “Save 16%” while the others say “Save 21%”; confirm whether this is intentional (a 21% discount on $99/month would be ~$938/year, not $999).

5. Complete the checkout

You are redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page.

• Verify the plan and amount under Subscribe to Pro (the name changes for other plans).
• The email is prefilled from your account.
• Choose your currency if needed (VND / USD buttons; the amount converts automatically).
• Enter your card details (Card number, Expiration, CVC), Cardholder name, and Country or region.
• Click Subscribe to confirm.

[UNVERIFIED — check manually]: the final screen after a completed payment could not be confirmed without a real charge. The Back link on the checkout page returns to Manage Plan without charging.

6. Subscribe from the Pricing page

Instead of starting from Manage Plan, open Pricing from any page top navigation, scroll to the plan cards, and click Subscribe now on the plan you want.

Note: on the Pricing page, Subscribe now sends you straight to the Stripe checkout — there is no plan chooser dialog. The page only shows the billing toggle Monthly / Yearly with the note Save 21% with annual billing.

Tips

• If you close the checkout or click Back, no charge is made and nothing changes on your account.
• Your active plan is always visible under Subscription Details on Manage Your Plan.
• Paid invoices appear in Recent Invoices on the Manage Plan page, each with a View Invoice link to Stripe.
• The saved card shown on Manage Plan is the payment method your subscription payments will use.
• Add-ons like Artwork Migration ($90 one-time), Contact Migration ($50 one-time), Website Setup ($200 one-time), Marketplace Visibility Listings ($0.05/artwork/month), and CocoAI Curator Boost ($1/artwork/month) are purchased separately and are optional.

Troubleshooting

• Notice “Your subscription has been cancelled and will not renew” appears on Manage Your Plan → a previous subscription was cancelled → you can still subscribe again with the same steps.
• Sign-in failed with an error → your email or password may be incorrect, or sign-in may be temporarily unavailable → check both entries and try again, or use Forgot Password? to reset your password.
• Pricing page shows a rendering error → the page may have loaded incorrectly → refresh the page; if the plan cards display, you can continue with them.
• Amounts shown in VND → checkout converts to your account currency by default → use the USD button on the checkout page to pay in US dollars for listed plan prices.
